Free Cancellation Period
We offer flexible cancellation options to give you peace of mind when booking your stay.
Standard Rate: Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's accommodation.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your reservation, please:

- Provide your booking confirmation number
- Request cancellation before the deadline
- Receive confirmation of cancellation via email
Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for booking.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Early Departure
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the full amount of the remaining nights will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
Special Rates & Packages
Non-refundable rates and special promotional packages may have different cancellation terms. Please review the specific conditions at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund.
Modifications
Changes to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
