By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
2. Reservations & Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate selected.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment in local currency is also accepted.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate and season. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
